Venice, a museum-like city of rare beauty that has bewitched cursed intellectuals, visionary painters and reckless drinkers, is the birthplace of an age-old aperitif that has gone on to colonise the world: the Venetian Spritz. An irresistible long drink that has provided magical moments of conviviality, the Venetian Spritz originates from an ancient custom: during the nineteenth-century occupation of Venice, the Austrians used to sprinkle seltzer into a glass of white wine to lower the alcohol content. The Venetian Spritz then became a typical aperitif of the Veneto Region when bitter was added to the recipe around 1920, in the provinces of Venice and Padua. And so the Spritz became a ritual: leaning against the counter of a bàcaro, the typical Venetian tavern, it is impossible not to cheerfully confide in other drinkers.
SPRITZ VENEZIANO BENEFITS
Spritz Veneziano, with its active substances such as rhubarb, cinchona and orange extracts, has antioxidant, astringent and anti-ageing properties. Rhubarb is rich in polyphenols, with antioxidant properties, while cinchona is rich in tannins and terpenes, with purifying and detoxifying properties. Orange extract boasts a strong vitamin C content, widely used in cosmetics for its ability to promote collagen formation, prevent ageing and protect against dehydration caused by cold and pollution. It is also rich in potassium, an indispensable mineral for hair, skin and nail health.
PERFUME FEATURES
Heady, aromatic and sparkling, this fragrance is a bubbly cocktail of cheer! A sparkling accord wrapped in the energy of lemon and elemi melds to an intense heart of orange, davana and rosemary to indulge in the rich notes of vanilla, amber and musk. Its fresh, bursting touch can't help but provoke a thunderous, spontaneous smile.

The Spritz Veneziano products are enriched with extracts of rhubarb, a plant rich in polyphenols with strong antioxidant properties, cinchona extract, whose tannins have a profound detoxifying action, and orange extract, which promotes the production of collagen and tones the skin. The cleanser is primarily plant-based and free from parabens, SLES/SLS and mineral oils. The spray moisturising emulsion has a formula based on water liposomes that is also enriched with caffeine to moisturise deep down and provide an antioxidant effect. The exfoliant contains orange peel and silica to mechanically promote cell regeneration.

Gio Pastori was commissioned to produce the graphics for the “Vizi e Piaceri” collection. Born in 1989 in Milan, where he lives and works, he studied art and design, going on to specialise in illustration. He uses the collage technique, cutting plain paper without following a design and employing the scalpel blade as if it were a pencil. The visual content he creates stands out for its strong formal and chromatic synthesis, which is a characteristic feature of his style. In 2017, Forbes named him one of Europe’s 30 most influential artists under 30.
