• Free shipping: for orders over €50.
• Shipping by courier: the cost of shipping varies depending on the country (see table below).

Due to the lack of international agreement on Brexit, shipments to the UK are temporarily suspended. We hope that they can be reinstated as soon as possible.

Shipping methods

Orders are dispatched on weekdays (Tuesday to Friday only, except national holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once the shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a communication with the details of the shipment and the references to track it. For further information, please contact our Customer Service.

Shipping times vary by country. During busy periods, such as Christmas, delivery times may increase.

Delivery is by courier, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), normally between 9am and 6pm. A signature is required for receipt, so please ensure that you use a delivery address where someone is always present to ensure receipt. In the event of repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts due to absence of the recipient, the parcel may be returned to the sender.

Shipping areas

Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not accepted.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following locations in Italy: Campione d'Italia, Livigno.
